Lovely shot. Not so sure about the catfish!
I’m not a catfish person myself, but we had excellent eggs and pancakes served by Joan here!
What a great sign! I must confess I’m with Rosie on the catfish! Is this some place famous I should have heard of, or did you just like the sign?
I just liked the sign. It’s in one of those small Texas towns on the way to my hometown. It has an old-fashioned square with an impressive courthouse building and this is just opposite, owned by a couple (she waits tables, he cooks).
This reminds me of a place we used to pass each Sunday while on our way to the lake.
It was a little place in the middle of no-where called the ‘Circle Restaurant’ because it sat on one of the few roundabouts in our state (There are only three).
