Jennifer Howze is a journalist and co-founder of BritMums, the UK’s largest and most influential parent blogging network. She has written about travel for The Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Wall Street Journal Europe, Yahoo! Travel, Travel+Leisure, Frommer’s Budget Travel and others. In addition to running BritMums with partner Susanna Scott (aka A Modern Mother), she is editor-in-chief of the popular BritMums blog and does the programming for BritMums events.
Jennifer has worked in print and online media for more than 20 years, at publications in the UK and the US. Previously, she was the online lifestyle editor at The Times, where she founded the newspaper’s Alpha Mummy blog. I’m a Southerner not and bred. Loved the Grits article. I live in South Carolina. You know we use corn meal a lot too. in Europe people make polenta with it. We make various breads with it. I’ve been trying to replicate the best shrimp and grits I’ve ever had. If you’ve come across any in your travels I wish you would share. Keep writing.
